Job summary

The Financial Markets Authority – Te Mana Tātai Hokohoko is seeking a Senior Regulatory Systems Adviser to join the Licensing & Regulatory Services team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. You will help shape Manawataki, our Dynamics 365 CRM, by collaborating with stakeholders across FMA, technology teams and external vendors to ensure the platform is effective, reliable and evolving to meet needs.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Experience leading platform or business-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leading the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of the FMA's regulatory platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Acting as a trusted adviser to business stakeholders on platform capabilities, opportunities and improvements
• Leading the identification, prioritisation and delivery of platform enhancements and change initiatives
• Working with technology teams and vendors to resolve issues, implement solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Championing improvements to business processes, system performance, data quality and user experience
• Developing reporting, insights and resources that support informed decision-making and platform adoption
