Grada Recruitment is assisting a well-established multi-office architecture and design practice to find a Project Lead capable of owning complex, high-value projects from concept through delivery.

The role requires leading project teams end to end, managing design intent, clients and consultants, with a track record of delivering multi-stage projects. The studio values depth of design heritage, collaboration, and leadership development within a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience, ideally as a project lead or project architect on complex, multi-stage work.
• Strong ArchiCAD skills
• Confident managing clients, consultants and project teams end to end

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams end to end, owning design intent, client relationships, consultants and delivery timelines on complex builds.
• Steer projects from concept through to handover with clear leadership and coordination.
