Job summary

Archway Recruitment in Christchurch is seeking an Architect or Senior Architectural Graduate to join our busy practice. You’ll be involved from concept to documentation, client coordination and project delivery, with opportunities across multiple stages and varied projects.

You should be proficient in REVIT, hold an architectural qualification with NZ experience, and be able to manage workloads independently within a collaborative team. NZ Building Code knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Architectural qualification with NZ experience.
• Registered Architect or working towards Registration.
• Strong design and NZ Building Code knowledge.
• Proficient in REVIT.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project phases independently within a team.

Responsibilities

• Involved throughout the entire project journey from concept through to documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and deliver projects to time and budget.
• Engage with clients to contribute to design outcomes and delivery.
• Produce accurate documentation and ensure design integrity across phases.
