Job summary

Draftline (2021) Limited in Timaru is seeking a Project Lead / Design Technician to own projects from initial client engagement through to consent and completion. • 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design and documentation.
• Experience producing detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
• Proven ability to manage projects from client engagement through design, consent and completion.
• Strong understanding of NZ Building Code and related standards.
• Hands-on experience coordinating drawings, consultants and consent requirements.
