• Registered Architect with SACAP and robust architectural practice experience.
• Experience managing building projects from inception to completion.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong knowledge of codes and PM principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of building projects meeting client objectives and standards.
• Develop architectural plans, specs, and construction documents.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for timely, cost-efficient delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities throughout the project.
