Qualifications

• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with ≥6 years in civil/structural projects.
• Proven delivery of complex structural projects end-to-end.
• Experience across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead teams.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex structural engineering projects from inception to construction.
• Integrate quickly into existing projects and take ownership of key delivery aspects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage supporting engineers and technicians.
• Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and project management capability.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and engineering sign-off.
