Job summary

Grada Recruitment is assisting a well-established multi-office architecture and design practice to find a Project Lead capable of owning complex, high-value projects from concept through delivery.

The role requires leading project teams end to end, managing design intent, clients and consultants, with a track record of delivering multi-stage projects. The studio values depth of design heritage, collaboration, and leadership development within a strong leadership pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience, ideally as a project lead or project architect on complex, multi-stage work.
• Strong ArchiCAD skills
• Confident managing clients, consultants and project teams end to end

One of our long-standing clients, a well-established multi-office architecture and design practice, is looking for a Project Lead to take ownership of complex, high-value projects from concept through to delivery.

This is a studio with real depth, decades of design heritage behind it, and a portfolio that spans everything from residential and workplace through to hospitality and heritage-scale work. They've built a reputation for adaptable, high-quality design across a genuinely broad range of project types, and they back that up with the scale and resourcing to take on serious, complex builds.

About the role

You’ll lead project teams end to end, owning design intent, client relationships, consultants and delivery timelines on complex builds. This isn't a delivery-support seat, you'll be the one steering the ship, from the first client conversation through to handover.
