Job summary

Sapio Sciences is seeking a driven Project Manager to join our expanding Customer Success team in a global context. You will lead deployments of LIMS/ELN and related SDMS solutions, coordinating internal and customer teams to deliver value and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have proven PM experience in life sciences software, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to client sites within Europe. A background in Agile methods is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in life sciences or software deployments.
• Experience with LIMS/ELN environments and lab informatics is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across internal and external teams.
• BS/BA in Life Science or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prime Sapio deployments and major enhancement projects.
• Own deployments from kick-off to go-live and ensure success metrics.
• Coordinate multiple projects and teams to stay on track.
• Advise customers on best practices and Agile deployment methodologies.
• Develop detailed project plans and track time, budget, quality, and success criteria.
