Job summary

CGR Services is partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major transformation across its supply chain and logistics operations. As the SAP Logistics Lead, you'll shape and deliver business-critical initiatives, working closely with operational stakeholders, technology teams and external delivery partners.

This role requires a strong understanding of SAP logistics processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

• Extensive experience delivering SAP supply chain and logistics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD and TM with cross-module exposure.
• Proven leadership in transformation, implementation or optimisation.

• Lead SAP-enabled logistics and supply chain initiatives end-to-end.
• Partner with stakeholders to define solution outcomes.
• Provide functional leadership across logistics, transportation, warehousing and SCM.
• Support design and optimisation across SAP MM/SD/TM.
• Facilitate workshops, reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors and partners to ensure delivery.

We're working with a leading enterprise organisation undertaking significant transformation across its supply chain and logistics operations. As the SAP Logistics Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical initiatives, partnering closely with operational stakeholders, technology teams and external delivery partners.

This role requires a strong understanding of SAP logistics processes and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP-enabled logistics and supply chain initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and define solution outcomes.
• Provide functional leadership across logistics, transportation, warehousing and supply chain processes.
• Support solution design and optimisation across SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution) and TM (Transportation Management).
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimise business processes.
• Support testing, deployment, change management and business adoption activities.

About You

• Extensive experience delivering SAP supply chain and logistics solutions within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD and/or TM, with exposure across multiple modules preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading transformation, implementation or optimisation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, logistics, transportation and warehousing processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes across both business and technology teams.
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, logistics, distribution or supply chain-intensive environments will be highly regarded.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments is advantageous.
