Job summary
Gallagher seeks a Senior People Tech Specialist to shape our People technology portfolio across the globe. You will be the go-to expert for multiple HR systems, driving improvements that simplify processes, strengthen governance, and enable smarter business decisions in collaboration with People, Payroll and Digital Tech teams.
You’ll deliver automation, integrations and change initiatives while ensuring scalable solutions aligned to future business needs and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience owning & supporting HRIS systems and ongoing optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across People, Payroll, IS and business teams.
- Experience in People data governance, privacy, security and reporting.
- A track record of delivering projects and process improvements, including automation and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Shape how the People technology portfolio works across the global organisation.
- Act as the go-to expert for a selection of People systems and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with People, Payroll, Digital Business Technology and leaders to identify enhancements and automation.
- Ensure governance, data privacy and reporting align with regulatory and business needs.
