Gallagher’s eShepherd business is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build world-class teams across technology, sales, marketing and commercial roles. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets in New Zealand, Australia and other international sites, shaping pipelines and candidate experiences.

This hands-on role will work with leaders to design agile sourcing strategies, engage hard-to-find talent, and influence hiring decisions while ensuring a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of end-to-end talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries and markets within a global environment.
• Strong sourcing, market-mapping and talent-pipeline capabilities.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technology, sales, commercial, marketing and specialist roles to scale the business.
• Design agile, market-led recruitment strategies for a fast-growing, globally distributed company.
• Identify and engage hard-to-find talent through targeted sourcing and market mapping.
• Build high-value talent pipelines for future growth across markets.
• Create a standout candidate experience that builds trust and sells the opportunity.
