Job summary

Gallagher, in collaboration with eShepherd, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to build and scale global recruitment across technology, sales, marketing and specialist roles. You’ll own end-to-end hiring, design agile strategies, and develop pipelines across NZ, Australia and beyond.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, shape the candidate experience, and strengthen Gallagher’s employer brand to attract top talent in a fast-moving, global agritech environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technology, sales and commercial, marketing, and specialist roles.
• Design agile, market-led recruitment strategies for a fast-growing, globally distributed business.
• Identify and engage hard-to-find talent through targeted sourcing, professional networks and proactive market mapping.
• Build high-value talent pipelines to give eShepherd earlier access to capability for future growth.
• Create a standout, responsive candidate experience that builds trust and brings the opportunity to life.
• Turn talent, competitor and market insights into confident workforce and hiring decisions.
• Champion eShepherd’s employer brand and develop targeted attraction campaigns for different markets and roles.
• Use recruitment systems, data and technology to remove friction and deliver stronger hiring outcomes.
