Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth or global tech environments.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams across regions.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across regions and functions from sourcing to offers.
• Contribute to talent strategy, workforce planning, and EVP evolution.
• Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines and champion inclusive recruitment.
