Gallagher Group Limited (eShepherd) is seeking a senior People Lead to shape workforce planning and organisational design across NZ, AU and international teams. You’ll partner with leadership, design capability and recruitment strategies, and lead critical hiring decisions in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.

You’ll influence senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and roll up your sleeves to get things done while delivering globally aligned people solutions and practical processes as the company

Qualifications

• Significant senior People, HRBP, People Lead or broad generalist experience.
• Strong workforce planning and talent scaling experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a high-growth, changing or complex environment.
• Experience across organisational design, change and employment relations.
• Strong talent acquisition and hands-on recruitment capability.
• Experience working across global teams, markets and time zones.
• A practical, commercially minded and collaborative approach.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine progress over perfection mindset.

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic workforce planning and talent scaling.
• Partnering with senior leaders on organisational design, capability and team development.
• Supporting organisational change and complex employment relations matters.
• Shaping critical hiring, talent pipelines and recruitment strategy when required.
