Job summary

Accident Compensation Corporation in Wellington is seeking a Senior Operations Administrator to support business customers through assessment, investigation, and management of levy-related accounts. You will gather information from sources, engage via outbound calls and written communication, and apply judgement to resolve enquiries for first-contact resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the confidence to manage phone and written interactions while working towards first-contact resolution.
• Ability to research, analyse, interpret, and apply complex information to make informed decisions.
• Sound judgement, problem-solving capability, and a proven ability to navigate complex customer situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Strong relationship-building skills with diverse customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support ACC's business customers through assessment, investigation, and management of business customer accounts and levy-related requests.
• Gather and assess information from various sources; engage with customers via calls and written communications; resolve enquiries for first-contact resolution.
• Make quality technical decisions to ensure correct levy products are applied and information is accurate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, data integrity, and compliance with ACC legislation and policy.
