You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz **About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi** As a Senior Operations Administrator in our Levy Administration team, you'll play a key role in supporting ACC's business customers through the assessment, investigation, and management of business customer accounts and levy-related requests. You will gather and assess information from a range of sources, engage directly with customers through outbound calls and written communication, and use your judgement to resolve enquiries and support first-contact resolution. Working across varied business customer workstreams, you'll make quality technical decisions that ensure customers receive the right information at the right time and that the correct levy products are applied. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll contribute to continuous improvement, strengthen data integrity, provide technical expertise, and help ensure compliance with ACC legislation and policy. The appointing salary for this role is $61,766 - $67,325 based on experience.
