Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery, service management or IT operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with incident and problem management processes and practices (ITIL-aligned).
• NZ work rights required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive operational IT support across technology and business teams.
• Manage Level 2 production issues and drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to incident and problem management activities and reporting.
• Drive continuous service improvement to keep critical services running.
