Job summary

ACC is seeking a Levy and Product Lead in Wellington to shape and deliver the levy strategy and related programmes. You will oversee strategic development of levies and products, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and ACC's vision, while coordinating annual and cyclical levy processes.

This temporary role supports cross-team collaboration, evidence-based advice, and delivering measurable value across the levy system.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of the Levy Strategy and related work programmes.
• Lead the strategic development of levies and products, ensuring alignment with ACC's vision and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver annual and cyclical levy processes, reviews, consultations, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate across ACC to ensure the work programme, levies and products align with strategy and deliver measurable value.
• Monitor effectiveness and performance of current levy products, implementing improvements with stakeholders.
• Provide high quality evidence-based advice on issues within the levy system.
