• 5+ years of recruitment experience in Mining & Resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for mining and resources roles (geologists, mining engineers, metallurgists, surveyors, safety officers, project managers).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates with technical expertise and certifications.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical mining positions.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills, safety awareness, and cultural fit.
