Qualifications

• 4+ years recruitment experience, with public sector or NPO exposure.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to source and screen candidates for diverse public sector roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; client management focus.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification is advantageous.
