Placements24 is seeking a Senior Remote Recruiter to join a fully remote, global talent acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with clients to deliver strategic hiring solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and ATS proficiency are essential. This remote role offers autonomy, global exposure, and opportunities for mentorship within a dynamic recruitment consultancy.

Formación

• 5+ years in recruitment, handling senior-level roles.
• Proven passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean search.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment tech.
• Strong remote communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex and senior-level roles, operating remotely.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, utilizing advanced search techniques and tools.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including in-depth interviews, competency evaluations, and reference checks, via video conferencing.
• Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Build and nurture robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage candidate experience meticulously, ensuring timely communication and a professional engagement throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters within the remote team.
• Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in remote recruitment.
