Job summary

HEB Construction in Auckland is seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Engineer to join the in-house IT team. You will provide senior technical support across Microsoft 365, networking, endpoints, and infrastructure, and act as an escalation point for complex issues.

You will mentor Helpdesk staff, lead upgrades, and drive continuous improvement while delivering reliable IT services across a dynamic portfolio of projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or support.
• Experience as Systems Engineer/Administrator or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and end-user devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support and technical escalation.
• Lead Level 1/2 helpdesk escalation and mentor staff.
• Support Microsoft 365, endpoints, networks, and infrastructure.
• Lead technical upgrades and improvement projects.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge articles.
