Job summary

Sunstone Talent is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a collaborative team delivering enterprise IT support and infrastructure projects across Christchurch and Australia offices. The role involves leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and improving end-user experiences with Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, and AV systems.

The successful candidate will have a degree or IT qualification, 6+ years in IT support, strong communication skills, and experience with ITSM

Qualifications

Degree or tertiary qualification, IT certification, Microsoft certification or equivalent commercial experience.
At least 6 years' commercial experience in IT Support, Desktop Engineering & End User Computing.
Solid experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
Knowledge of ServiceNow or another ITSM ticketing platform.
Experience supporting audio visual (AV) conferencing solutions including meeting room technology.

Responsibilities

Deliver enterprise IT support and infrastructure projects across Christchurch & Australia offices.
Lead technical projects and mentor junior support engineers.
Improve end-user experience and satisfaction through robust incident resolution and proactive IT services.
