Job summary

Enviro NZ is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and maintain our cloud, on‑premises, Microsoft 365, identity and infrastructure environments. You’ll be the technical escalation leader for complex issues and drive improvements to security, reliability and resilience.

You’ll bring 5+ years of infra, cloud, or systems engineering experience with Azure, Entra ID/AD, and PowerShell automation. Collaboration with partners and the Tech team is essential to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• At least five years of infrastructure, cloud, or systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience across Azure, M365, hybrid cloud, and on‑premises environments.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, endpoint management and infrastructure security.
• Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for complex issues.
• Experience working with managed service providers and technology vendors.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical escalation point for complex issues and lead infrastructure changes.
• Shape and drive improvements to security, reliability, and resilience of the technology environment.
• Collaborate with Tech team, business stakeholders, and external partners to optimize services.
• Review technical solutions to ensure they meet requirements and SLAs.
