Bank of New Zealand is seeking a permanent, full-time Corporate/Facilities Manager based in Auckland. The role is hybrid with three days in the office and two flexible days.

You will coordinate BNZ FM activity across Auckland and Hamilton sites, manage planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient workplaces for staff and customers. The ideal candidate brings facilities operations experience, strong planning, contractor oversight, and hands-on problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property or workplace operations.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities.
• Experience managing suppliers and contractors.
• Ability to handle financial administration tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities-related tools.
• Valid New Zealand driver license.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the delivery of planned maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and deliver annual and quarterly works schedules.
• Monitor service delivery levels and report on progress.
• Keep stakeholders informed on works and disruptions.
• Support financial and environmental administration.
