St. Andrew's Nursing Home (Queenstown) is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, compliance and HR administration in a healthcare setting. You will coordinate end-to-end processes, maintain records and support managers across departments.
The role requires a diploma or degree in HR, 2–3 years of experience, SNB registration exposure, and knowledge of MOM work passes. You will liaise with authorities, oversee staff welfare and foster a positive, compliant work environment.
You will be responsible for the Human Resource Management functions including but not limited to:
Manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, interview arrangements and liaison with HODs and recruitment agencies.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including pre-employment requirements, medical examinations, insurance coverage, work pass requirements, employee clearance and system deactivation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR systems and personnel files.
Manage and coordinate AIC, SNB and MOM-related matters, including professional registration, work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and transfers.
Monitor staff contract renewals, probation confirmations, professional registrations, work passes, certifications, medical examinations and other regulatory requirements, ensuring timely follow-up and renewal.
Liaise with AIC, SNB, MOM and other relevant authorities on employment, manpower, licensing and regulatory matters.
Maintain accurate documentation and records to support statutory, regulatory and compliance requirements.
Coordinate staff training registrations, maintain training records and monitor certification validity and recertification requirements.
Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, certification letters and other HR-related correspondence.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR tracking records.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions.
Assist in planning and coordinating staff engagement, employee welfare and HR activities.
Maintain and oversee dormitory arrangements for foreign staff, ensuring a clean, safe and well-maintained living environment.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in healthcare or community care.
Hands-on experience in SNB registration.
Experience with AIC matters and healthcare manpower requirements is an advantage.
Familiarity with MOM work pass and foreign manpower requirements.
Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle and training.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
