Job summary

The Global Wave Group is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support daily HR operations across our Auckland-based offices, including Albany. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, system administration, compliance, and assisting in HR policy projects, especially for overseas teams.

You will manage accounts, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, maintain accurate HR records, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Admin, IS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee accounts and system access.

Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based)

Working hours: 12:30 - 9 P.M. from Monday to Friday

Reports to: HR Specialist

Role Purpose

The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, system administration, compliance, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and projects, especially for overseas teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee accounts and system access.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding for overseas teams.
• Ensure employee compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in coordinating and delivering HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth HR operations.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
