JPN Industrial Trading Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to run day-to-day HR and administrative functions. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance with Singapore regulations.
The role involves collaborating with Management on HR matters, guiding policy, and handling work pass processes, records, and reporting. A hands-on leader with strong organisation skills is preferred.
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Senior HR Executive to oversee the company's day‑to‑day human resource and administrative functions. The successful candidate will manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, work pass administration, employee relations, performance management and offboarding. You will also ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements, work closely with Management on HR matters, and provide guidance.
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources and Administration functions.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and employee offboarding.
Manage monthly payroll processing, including, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory submissions.
Handle all work pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, quota and foreign worker levy requirements.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HR information in the HRM system.
Administer employee leave, medical benefits, insurance and other employee welfare matters.
Coordinate staff training programmes and maintain accurate training and development records.
Manage performance appraisal processes and support employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Prepare and submit HR, payroll, manpower and other relevant reports for Management review.
Liaise with relevant government authorities, including MOM, CPF, IRAS and other regulatory bodies on employment and statutory matters.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore, preferably in a generalist or HR management capacity.
Strong hands‑on experience in monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices, HR policies and administrative procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, proactive and highly organised, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Construction industry experience will be an advantage.
Ability to communicate in Chinese/Mandarin will be an advantage, as the company employs Chinese‑speaking workers.
