Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with extensive experience.
• 8+ years in electrical maintenance with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems including high-voltage equipment, motors, VFDs, and PLCs.
• Experience with CMMS software and reliability-centered maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
• Oversee complex troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical machinery, control systems, and power distribution.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, root causes of failure, and opportunities for system improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to electrical maintenance operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and operational readiness in Queenstown.
