Placements24 is looking for a certified Industrial Electrician to join our team in Queenstown, NZ. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in heavy industry and energy facilities, ensuring safety and operational continuity.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical codes, PLCs, motors, and transformers, with a hands-on approach to complex industrial systems. Applicants must have a valid NZ driver’s license and be willing to undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with a trade cert (N3 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' experience as an industrial electrician.
• Strong knowledge of motors, transformers, PLCs, and control panels.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
