ElectroNet Group in Christchurch seeks an Intermediate or Senior Electrical Engineer to design electrical infrastructure for major energy users. You’ll work on HV/LV systems, renewables, and EV charging, collaborating with electrical, civil, structural, and geotechnical specialists from our head office in Christchurch with possible Auckland or Wellington consideration for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic Engineering Degree required.
• At least 5 years’ experience delivering electrical design projects with HV/LV.
• Strong writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from feasibility to detailed design and delivery.
• Design HV and LV electrical systems for major energy users across sectors.
• Design renewable energy systems for islanded networks, including solar PV and BESS.
• Prepare high-quality reports, drawings and design files.
