Job summary

Ventia in Christchurch is seeking an Electrical Engineer to contribute to Power & Energy projects across New Zealand. You will deliver electrical design engineering, provide technical advice, and support client relationships while developing expertise in power generation, renewables, and transmission.

Ideal candidates have an electrical engineering qualification, 3+ years of related experience, and a strong knowledge of NZ codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering qualification.
• Minimum of three years' related experience.
• Current, clean driver license.
• Experience in electrical design across broad spectrum.
• In-depth knowledge of NZ electrical codes and standards.
• Experience using electrical design modelling software.
• Strong report writing and communication.
