Job summary

Younity in Christchurch is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technical specialist to join the team in a hands‑on role. You’ll work across complex customer environments, using your technical expertise to investigate issues and implement solutions, ensuring a high standard of service.

You’ll work across the Microsoft ecosystem, combining your Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform expertise with development and Azure integration skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in customer environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers.
• Experience with Azure integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse.
• Work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues involving Azure services.
• Act as an escalation point for more challenging technical problems.
• Use C#/.NET and JavaScript where development expertise is required.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to support diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve platform stability.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and share knowledge.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
