Job summary

Capgemini in Wellington seeks a senior Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Consultant to design, configure and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions. You will work directly with business stakeholders in a techno-functional role.

Lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into user stories and designs, and build across Customer Service, Field Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Azure integrations. You will support testing, deployments and client presentations.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical functional and technical solutions.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, documentation and communication skills.
• A good understanding of Azure integration services, APIs, security, identity management and enterprise architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery workshops to understand business objectives, processes and requirements.
• Translating requirements into user stories, process maps, functional specifications and solution designs.
• Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions across Customer Service, Field Service and custom model-driven applications.
• Building solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse and other relevant Microsoft technologies.
• Working with solution architects and developers on integrations, automation, security and application lifecycle management.
• Supporting testing, deployments and client presentations, while contributing to estimates, proposals and Statements of Work
