Ministry of Social Development (MSD) is seeking a Senior Digital Advisor to join the Digital Content Team within Service Delivery Communications in Wellington. You will design and manage content workflows, improve digital channels, intranet and knowledge base content, and support large platform improvements.
The role emphasizes user-centred design, plain English, and measurable improvements through analytics.
Qualifications
- Strong capability with content management systems (SharePoint & SilverStripe) and content design.
- Experience designing user-centred content across digital channels (intranet and knowledge base).
- Understanding of analytics and user research tools to inform design improvements.
- Ability to identify opportunities and risks, advising on approach.
- Written communication in plain English that meets accessibility and usability best practices.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations.
