Placements24 is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Architect for a fully remote role. You will design and implement security architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and drive cloud security policies, threat mitigation, and secure software development practices.

The role requires 7+ years in cybersecurity with at least 4 years in cloud security, strong knowledge of IAM, MFA, and container security, and familiarity with IaC tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 4 years in cloud security architecture.
• Deep understanding of cloud security best practices across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven experience with security technologies such as WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security.
• Expertise in IAM including MFA.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security.
• Experience with container security (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless security.
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and security automation.
• Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or cloud provider security certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements
