Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Develop architectural blueprints and roadmaps for cloud adoption and migration strategies.
• Select appropriate cloud services and technologies to meet business requirements for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Define and enforce cloud governance, security policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineers.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and services to enhance our platform capabilities.
• Optimize cloud resource utilization and manage costs effectively.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and develop robust solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud computing, with at least 4 years focused on cloud architecture and design.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security principles, and data storage solutions.
• Familiarity with FinTech specific compliance and security requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
