Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern the enterprise information security architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Design secure architectures for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid environments, and on-premises systems.
• Lead the development and implementation of security standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for complex systems and new initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging security technologies and solutions.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to security and IT teams globally.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to embed security throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, policies, and standards.
• Oversee security architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in information security, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior architectural role.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing secure architectures for large-scale, complex environments, including cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Deep knowledge of network security, application security, data security, identity and access management (IAM), and cryptography.
• Proficiency with security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and cloud security best practices.
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response principles.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment.
• Relevant advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
