About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking logistics and supply chain management company, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Cloud Architect to join their dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop cloud migration strategies and oversee the execution of migration projects.
• Ensure the security, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
• Define and enforce cloud architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud engineers and junior architects.
• Monitor cloud resource utilization and implement optimization strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud architecture documentation.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud services and technologies to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years specifically in cloud architecture and engineering.
• Proven hands‑on experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, identity management, and compute services.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) and IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
