Job summary

Southbase Construction is seeking a Services Manager to lead high-level building services strategies across major projects. You will collaborate with the project team to ensure effective services management, tender submissions, and subcontractor performance on site.

As a principal site representative, you will safeguard safety, quality, cost, and schedule, including the post-construction maintenance period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 5+ years in Building Services role, HVAC desirable.
• Experience delivering projects over $50m.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and service managers.
• Intermediate BIM understanding with willingness to expand.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level systems and strategies for building services engineering and management.
• Represent the company with respect to services including tender submissions and major project delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and time requirements on site and during maintenance periods.
• Lead by example and champion the company culture, guiding services team.
