Deliver Critical Building Services Packages on a Landmark Project
We're seeking an experienced Services Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of building services packages on a complex, large-scale construction project.
Working closely with the Services Manager, project team, consultants, subcontractors and specialist vendors, you'll play a key role in coordinating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services activities, helping to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of building services packages from design through to handover.
- Assist with managing interfaces between consultants, subcontractors, vendors and project delivery teams.
- Coordinate the review of drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design documentation.
- Monitor services activities and identify potential technical, programme or delivery risks.
- Track procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation and commissioning activities.
- Assist in maintaining services programmes, milestones and contractor deliverables.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities across services disciplines.
- Maintain project records, registers and documentation relating to services packages.
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and support positive project outcomes.
- Promote and contribute to a strong safety culture across all services-related activities
About You
- Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- 2-5+ years' experience in a Services Coordinator, Project Engineer, Site Engineer or similar role within the construction industry.
- Exposure to mechanical, electrical and hydraulic building services systems.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work fronts and priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management systems.
- Positive, proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience on health, defence, education, commercial or other technically complex projects will be highly regarded.
