Job summary

TomTom Productions in Queenstown, NZ is seeking experienced Audio and Video Technicians to join our events team, delivering immersive AV experiences for festivals, galas, and corporate events in Otago.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in AV for live events, strong knowledge of audio routing, RF management, LED/video systems, and hands-on rigging and maintenance. Driver's license and willingness to travel are a plus. Based in Queenstown with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with Audio/Visual equipment and systems.
• Background in conferences/festivals or live entertainment.
• Proven track record delivering business events or live shows.

Responsibilities

• Show delivery: collaborate with account managers and clients to grasp their vision and plan shows.
• Event execution: manage load-ins/outs and operate shows as needed; oversee inventory and maintenance.
• On-site operations: supervise crew, ensure safety, and maintain high standards during event delivery.
