Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain digital cinema projection and sound equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Engage with customers to enhance service and build relationships.
• Maintain records of service visits and equipment maintenance.
