Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Application Support, Platform Support or Systems Engineering.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Experience supporting enterprise apps across cloud, SaaS and on-prem environments.
• Understanding of incident, problem and change management.

Responsibilities
