Job summary

Westpac New Zealand Limited in Auckland is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer for a 12-month fixed term contract.

You will support platforms underpinning critical reconciliation and operational processes, focusing on stability, resilience and performance of the Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) and RecOps platforms, and will partner with operational teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise application support and platform operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Experience with SQL and databases.
• Experience supporting enterprise apps across cloud, SaaS and on-prem environments.
• Solid understanding of incident, problem and change management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability, resilience and performance of critical platforms (TLM and RecOps).
• Partner with operational teams, technology stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and enhance capability.
