Job summary

PwC NZ in Auckland is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Customer Transformation team. You’ll apply human-centred design and analytical thinking to solve complex customer problems and support large-scale transformation initiatives from definition to implementation.

You will translate insights into actionable artifacts such as journey maps, delivery plans and workshop sessions while collaborating with designers, technologists, and clients to meet evolving customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of consulting experience across service design, CX, business analysis or transformation.
• Qualification in design, psychology, business or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
• Experience translating insights into deliverables like journey maps, insights, and reports.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to learn and contribute to others.

Responsibilities

• Apply human-centred design and analytical thinking to solve customer and business problems.
• Support large-scale transformation programmes from problem definition through implementation.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable deliverables, including journey maps and workshop sessions.
• Co-create with designers, technologists, strategists and clients to meet customer and business needs.
