PwC New Zealand is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Associate to partner with client organisations across sectors, solving complex challenges and delivering measurable impact. You’ll contribute to operating model design, workforce strategy, and transformation initiatives while growing professionally within a supportive team.

The role emphasises collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality client work.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in a public, corporate, or professional services environment.
• Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
• Experience working with clients in a professional setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead or contribute to workstreams and upskill as needed.
• Awareness of AI tools and their appropriate use.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within project teams and with clients to develop high-quality deliverables.
• Design and deliver solutions to meet strategic and operational goals.
• Navigate ambiguity and apply critical thinking to problems.
• Take responsibility for a key workstream with support from seniors.
