Job summary

PwC NZ is seeking analysts and managers to contribute to transformation design and delivery across strategy, governance, and change management. You’ll shape roadmaps, operating models and business cases while engaging senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

You may lead or support significant workstreams, with opportunities for growth across analysis, strategy and delivery in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Analyst: early experience supporting complex transformation programmes.
• Senior Analyst: owns work and engages clients across multi-workstream programmes.
• Manager: leads major workstreams, builds senior relationships and shapes commercial approaches.

Responsibilities

• Shape transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and business cases.
• Undertake business analysis and redesign processes; support change management.
• Mobilise and deliver programmes through PMO, Transformation Office, portfolio, governance and assurance roles.
• Manage plans, risks, dependencies, benefits, commercial matters and executive reporting.
• Support delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Engage senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
