Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking a Senior Associate in Management Consulting to help clients transform performance, design operating models, and lead workstreams. You will collaborate with teams and deliver high-quality insights.

You’ll work with public and private sector clients, develop recommendations, and build trusted relationships while growing your consulting career in a supportive PwC environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in public, corporate, or professional services.
• Tertiary degree in HR, Commerce, Business, Law, or related field.
• Experience working with clients in a professional setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to present issues and recommendations.
• Demonstrate self-leadership and willingness to develop capabilities, learn, and upskill.
• Confidence using technology, including awareness of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within project teams to develop high-quality deliverables.
• Design and deliver solutions that help clients meet strategic and operational goals.
• Work through ambiguity and apply critical thinking to solve complex business problems.
• Take responsibility for a key workstream or element of project delivery, with support from senior team members.
• Analyze information, develop insights, and present recommendations.
• Contribute to building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues across PwC.
