Job summary

Pharmac in New Zealand seeks a Senior Adviser Process and Performance to join our Strategic Planning and Performance team. You will design fit-for-purpose business processes and lead continuous improvement across delivery programmes with patients and consumers at the centre.

You will work with the Principal Adviser and the Programme Delivery Office to shape new ways of working, maintain our process architecture, and ensure changes integrate into the system.

Qualifications

• expertise in process re-design, optimisation, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in business process management and documentation at an enterprise level.
• Familiarity with systems and data, including planning for and implementing emerging technologies such as AI.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think and advise at a strategic and enterprise level.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skillset.
• Change management experience will be an advantage.
